Welcome to the Makers Portal
Once you have been accepted to join our community you you don’t need to complete any more applications. We have just ONE application form which covers all our markets, events and festivals. We only accept makers that are part of our community to be part of any of our events.
The portal is updated on a MONDAY Makers WILL Be expected to check the portal for any updates and to also adhere to our Terms and Conditions at all times.
Communication will be via email and this portal, we are trying Instagram groups again for each market, this allows makers to ask questions and for us to share info to everyone quickly. Please note that you can turn off notifications for these but its a good tool for everyone.
PORTOBELLO TOWN HALL MAKERS MARKETS Saturday 4th November, Sunday 5th November, Sunday 3rd December. Tables will be provided and no sharing of tables for this venue. Trading times are 11.00am – 4.00pm and the cost is £50.00 per market.

CREATIVE WORKSHOPS at Portobello Town Hall on market days, we have availability for 4 x 2 hour creative workshops with a maximum of 8 attendees per workshop, at the following times 11.00am – 1.00pm and 2,00pm – 4.00pm. This is upstairs at the town hall in a separate room to the main market. Cost £20.00 per workshop hire, we will provide tables and chairs.

How to get involved
MAKERS MARKETS – Once you are member you are able to attend our markets. Dates and venues will be confirmed in due course. Makers will manage their own tables. Makers will be sent confirmation email with all the relevant market information. All other updates will be via this portal.
Costs will vary depending on venue.
Monday Makers Mention – We will also be relaunching our Monday Makers Mention which is a post highlighting a maker with some questions and 5 product photo’s on our socials.
